ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Objectives:

Responsible for preparation of Accounts Payable Voucher, filing of withholding tax, VAT and ITR on monthly/quarterly/annual, monthly bank reconciliation, monthly financial statements and proper handling of files.

Financial Statements & General Accounting

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain schedules of balance sheet accounts including Cash, Receivables, Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE), and Payables.
• Prepare monthly financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Submit financial reports to the immediate superior for review and approval.
• Assist in the preparation of documents required for annual audit.

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for various banks (CAPP BDO, BPI, UB, LDB, PBB).
