Accounting Officer

The CVM Eco-Park (The Playground)'s Accounting Officer is someone who is organized in managing the financial bookkeeping of the CVM Eco-Park. The CVM Eco-Park Accounting Officer is good at analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
The CVM Eco-Park Accounting Officer's duties and responsibilities include the following:
Processing NAV System;
Daily checking, recording, and monitoring of sales and collections;
Preparation and checking of vouchers and attachments;
Review month-end reports from operations;
Monitoring of Advances for Liquidations;
Reconciliation of Accounts (Banks, A/R, A/P, Advances, PPEs, Inventories, Revenues, and Expenses);
Preparation of Financial Statements;
Tax, Government and Social Compliances;
Payroll
Timely process of all liquidation; and
Other duties that may be assigned or delegated by the General Manager.
