Accounting Officer

Job Description

Our company is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Accounting Officer. Ideal applicants will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Accounting, or a related field
• Ability to assist the immediate supervisor with daily accounting tasks
• Proficient in preparing comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations for management
• Experience supervising accounting staff in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Capability to handle ad hoc tasks and reports as assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Strong skills in monitoring all accounts, including receivables and payables
• Knowledgeable in preparing and submitting all government-mandated forms and reports (BIR & SEC)
• Effective in coordinating accounting-related concerns with other department heads
