Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer is responsible for overseeing the integrity of all financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Manages a team of 4 Accounting Staff.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including the accurate computation of salaries, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax).
• Reconcile bank statements and all other financial accounts on a regular and timely basis.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
