Accounting Officer

Job Description

Butanding, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer (Level 2) to support the company's financial operations. This role is responsible for managing daily accounting transactions, monitoring receivables and payables, and ensuring accurate financial records. The Accounting Officer plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of our boutique resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Transaction Processing

• Review and record daily sales from Front Office, Restaurant, Bar, Spa, and other activities.
• Reconcile POS reports with cash, credit card settlements, and OTA payouts (e.g., , Agoda, Cloudbeds).
• Monitor cash advances and petty cash replenishments and ensure proper liquidation.

Accounts Receivable / Credit Management

• Monitor receivables from corporate clients, agencies, OTAs, and events.
