Accounting Officer

Job Summary

The Accounting Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. He/she can confidently handle internal financial management and ensure timely compliance with government mandatories such as SEC, BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and LGU requirements.

The successful candidate will be assigned to Freedom in Business Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains accounting and operational systems, continuously seeking opportunities to adopt tools and processes that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with financial accounting standards; prepares and provides senior management with annual budget information, while monitoring revenues and expenses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify variances against budget.
