Job Description

- Record accounts payable transactions and verify the accuracy of purchase tax invoices
- Prepare purchase journals and purchase vouchers
- Prepare payment vouchers for supervisor review and approval
- Verify supporting documents for payments to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare monthly input tax reports
- Prepare accounts payable outstanding reports
- Issue monthly withholding tax certificates
- Follow up on original receipts and original purchase tax invoices on a monthly basis
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

※Opportunities to use English include communication with Japanese MDs 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
