Accounting Officer

1. QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION: Preferably with Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or graduate with 2-year course in related field

B. EXPERIENCE: Has relevant experience in the accounting field is an advantage but not required.

C. SKILLS

Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with vendors.

Basic analytical skills to review invoices, identify trends, and reconcile accounts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software is a plus.
