Accounting Officer

• Check, validate, and verify RFB/PV amounts against invoices and other attachments.
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other accounts.
• Prepare daily closing entries, adjustment and find solutions for the abnormal accounts.
• Prepare daily/monthly lapsing schedule.
• Identify potential cash flow issues and financial irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, LGU, PEZA).
• Manage month-end and year-end closings.
• Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
• Assist with corporate audits and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
