Accounting Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform month-end cost accounting close and preparing cost of goods sold and production reports.
• Analyze manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization
• Perform physical inventory count and reconciling
• Implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and cost ledger in system (SAP)
• Liaise with the internal/ external auditor, BIR, banks, and other related regulators
• Work with procurement and accounts payable teams to monitor and reconcile Source-to-Pay (S2P) transactions in SAP
• Ensure proper coding and allocation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices in SAP.
• Coordinate and supervise physical inventory counts of assets, raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and spare parts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or finance-related course (Financial Management and Accounting Technology)
