KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
• Preparing Financial Statements: Creating reports like balance sheets, and income statements.
• Reconciling Accounts: Verifying the accuracy of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Processing Invoices and Payments: Managing accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and managing expenses.
• Assisting with Audits: Providing necessary information and support during financial audits.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and smooth operations.
• Managing Financial Databases and Software: Utilizing and maintaining financial software and databases.
• Responding to Inquiries: Addressing inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
