Job Description

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate, prepare, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Payment Processing: Post customer payments, reconcile bank deposits, and manage AR ledgers.
  • Collections: Monitor aging reports, track overdue accounts, and follow up with clients via phone or email.
  • Account Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, receipts, or customer accounts.
  • Reporting & Support: Prepare daily/monthly AR reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

Job Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred; or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general bookkeeping is often required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets) and accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems. <...
