JOB DUTIES

• BIR submission every month
• Report on every projects cash Projections and Collections
• FS / Interem every month and quarterly
• Cash Report
• Overall in-charge for all recording
• Report to company Attorney
• Finance Projections
• Update books (two books recording)
• Make demand letters for client collections
• Cash flow projections - Shareholder/ Board updates meeting
• Bank Reconciliation & Bank Loans
• SEC Related Functions
• Other reporting functions may be asigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively with staff and public
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
