Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Operations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts for vehicle sales, services, and spare parts
• Record daily transactions including sales invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage customer accounts, invoicing, and collections
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts

Inventory & Vehicle Accounting

• Track vehicle inventory, cost of sales, and margins
• Reconcile vehicle purchases, deliveries, and stock records
• Monitor demo vehicles, trade-ins, and write-offs

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory returns
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
