F​ull Job Description

• Review and prepare Gener​​​al Ledger transactionsion or execution
• R​un month end ​report system
• Ensure the timely reconciliation of all General Ledger Accounts,either by delegation or execution​
• Prepare monthly allocation entries
• Prepare and review all General Ledger , Journal Entries
• Manage monthly Close process
• Provide Supporting documentation for any Reviews or Audits as needed
• Prepare Management Discussion and Analysis for monthly Financial Statements
• Prepare financial statements timely
• Reconcile all system Control Accounts
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Review/Audit financial transactions and documents
• Maintain Financial Data confidentiality
• Use strong Data Security tools/concepts
• Comply with Philippine Accounting Standards, company financial policies and requirements as needed.
