Account Officer
9 am - 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer to support our finance operations. The role is responsible for handling invoices, ensuring timely payments, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their accounting career.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review incoming and outgoing invoices
• Process and monitor payments of outstanding dues
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, including preparation of BIR Form 2307 and 2316
• Prepare Profit and Loss reports
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
