Accounting Operations Lead

is hiring an 
Accounting Operations Lead
to oversee the department and the U.S.-based accounting services for multiple clients. This role requires 
strong knowledge of U.S. tax, accounting, and bookkeeping
 and experience managing a remote accounting team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 
  U.S. accounting and bookkeeping
   for multiple clients
• Oversee 
  general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with 
  U.S. tax laws and reporting requirements
• Review work completed by remote accounting staff for accuracy and timeliness
• Train, mentor, and support a remote accounting team
• Serve as the main point of contact for accounting clients
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Improve accounting processes and workflows
