Accounting Operations Lead — Onsite in Alabang

A growing innovative firm in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Lead Accounting to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing a team, supporting financial close activities, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of experience in accounting operations, and excellent leadership skills. Candidates with BPO experience will be prioritized. A full onsite presence in Alabang is required, available for night shifts.
