Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the expanding Global Business Services Organisation, in a company considered a global leader in its field. The successful candidate will join the Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team.

The role will be responsible for the people management of a team of Accounting Operations specialists, analysts and assistants. It requires deep understanding of operational accounting processes. Coaching experience is desirable.

The successful candidate must be organized, a good communicator, motivator and team player, who is prepared to ensure the team works collaboratively at pace and delivers timely, good quality reporting results.
