Accounting Payment Verifier

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payment Verifier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming payment transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent errors or fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify incoming and outgoing payments
• Match payments to invoices or account records
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records of verified payments
• Communicate with internal teams or customers for clarification when needed
• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or any related field.
• Experience in data entry, accounting, or finance (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and Excel skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
