Accounting & QuickBooks Associate (US Clients)

We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations for U.S. clients in the trades industry (plumbing & HVAC) and select PR/marketing accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, clean books, structured workflows, and working with modern accounting + field‑service systems.

You'll work directly with U.S. leadership, gain exposure to end‑to‑end bookkeeping processes, and have a clear growth path toward Staff Accountant and beyond.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (PH night shift)
• 100% Remote (hybrid optional during ramp‑up if preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date books in QuickBooks.
• Organize all working files via Microsoft Teams using a clear month‑to‑month structure.
