Accounting & Reconciliation Analyst

Ford U.S. Employee Payments Team is seeking a new Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation by managing payroll functions, including calculating pay, withholding taxes, and maintaining payroll records, while also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and UAW pay rules.

This role is one of the key positions on the Employee Payments' (Payroll) Team. It involves understanding end-to-end payroll processes for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accurate data management, and timely payments, while collaborating with HR, external service providers, Labor Affairs, and finance teams. The role also offers opportunities to gain experience with Ford payroll taxes, deductions, year‑end processes, issuance of W‑2s for all U.S. employees, and bonus plans under the UAW CBA.
