Accounting Service Representative – Collections

Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for an Accounting Service Representative on the Accounting Services – Collections Team at our Costa Rica office. This role plays a key part in supporting Lutron’s financial performance and sales growth. As a member of the Accounting Services team, you will collaborate with customers and global Sales and Service teams to manage collections activities and support Lutron’s annual sales and profitability objectives.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain collaborative, trusted relationships with customers through clear, professional written and verbal communication, while reconciling account balances and resolving open receivables.

Communicate with customers on a regular basis to resolve disputed invoices, support timely payment, and apply effective negotiation strategies that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both Lutron and the customer.
