- Manages and provides leadership for the delivery of basic to moderate projects, programs and/or prioritizes in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs.
- Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
- Plans and directs schedules / monitoring of daily volumes.
- Ensures that turnaround time is within expected SLA.
