Accounting Specialist

• Responsible in purchases and payables from suppliers.
• Payables and Payments.
• Prepare/separate payments for Dollar and Peso suppliers.
• Reconciliation of Monitoring.
• Encoding of check vouchers to system daily.
• Preparation of payments for local and international supplier thru online banking.
• Encode transactions into system with detailed description and segregate for checking.
• updates purchase book and cash disbursement book.
• Communicates the discrepancies with the suppliers and send the payment details of Tax certificate 2307.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• With experience in accounting
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
