• Prepare the profit and loss sheets for the Monthly accounts.
• Preparing accounts, budgets, Expenses, and financial statement reports
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily enter the key data of financial transactions in a database
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries of activity areas
• Will perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Will do BIR related Documents (Filling and submit reports)
