Accounting Specialist

As an Accounting Specialist, you'll help the team stay aligned and keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll reconcile daily deposits from Shopify and Afterpay, monitor our billing and accounting inboxes, and assist with B2B invoicing and accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily deposits from e-commerce and payment platforms, including Shopify and Afterpay.
• Perform month-end bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
