Accounting Specialist

Responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, including but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable and payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and file relevant tax documents.
• Assist with audits and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
