Accounting Specialist, Finance

**ABOUT YOUR ROLE:**

To perform diversified accounting duties related to the timely and accurate postings of monthly journal entries, preparation of monthly finance reports, and assist in the annual tax and financial statement audits. Analyze, invoice, process, and settle all intercompany transactions. Reconcile all bank statements and control the level of cash needed in each account.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE** **:**

Include but not limited to

+ Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities under management supervision.
+ Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reconciliations, support exception analysis, and strengthen accounting controls.
+ Continuously improve the general ledger accounting processes, monthly account reconciliations, outgoing and incoming invoices, and adherence to US GAAP regulations, under the appropriate supervision of the Manager. Maintain and explain accurate accounting records.
