Tasks


Accounting

  • Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with group requirement, German GAAP and Japan GAAP with updating new accounting and tax requirement

  • Ensure monthly and quarterly closing process and accounting report package (Key contacts: Controlling as managerial accounting team (Japan and India), Thailand and Finance operation team, and German Headquarter accounting function)

  • Manage external and internal auditor

  • ERP (SAP) user test and implementation of S4 hana under the responsible area

  • External contact includes: MAHLE affiliates on all intercompany reconciliations
    Managerial accounting team (BU controllers) in Japan for inventory, costing, accruals, company valuations, etc
    External and internal auditors on audit planning and execution
