Accounting Specialist

Job Summary The Accounting Specialist (AR) supports the recording, monitoring, and analysis of sales, receivables, and collections for Company-Owned Stores.

The role ensures accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable financial reporting while supervising AR processes and supporting overall financial control.

Key Responsibilities Supervise recording of sales, collections, and accounts receivable for Company-Owned Stores.

Validate and post sales transactions and collections in the system.

Ensure timely, complete, and accurate issuance of SOAs and billing statements.

Monitor receivables and follow up collections based on agreed credit terms.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in sales and collections.

Prepare AR reports such as aging, collection monitoring, and VAT sales reporting.

Ensure proper documentation and recording of cash receipts and supporting documents.
