Accounting Specialist – Finance & Accounting/Auditing

SaladStop Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s financial processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Record and maintain daily financial transactions (purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments).
  Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Ensure the general ledger is accurate, posting transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll, calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing payments with compliance to regulations.
