About This Job

Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting across accounting and finance jobs. Entry level support for a specific area from transactions created through management reporting including compliance with SOX regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the validation of accurate entry of transactions into the accounting system through daily, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations and monitoring
• Review and process disbursements for employee travel and expense reports. Support the accounting management team and business units with the budgeting, cost management, reporting, and forecasting initiatives
• Manage all month end accounting for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, unpaid invoice accruals, payroll, cost allocations, and account reconciliations
