Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly reports: Balance Sheet and Income Statement
• Prepare and analyze journal vouchers and other adjusting entries
• Prepare and analyze schedules of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly variance report (Actual vs. Budget)
• Prepare and analyze Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Alphabetical List (alphalist) reports that will be submitted
• Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Income Tax Return to be filed before the office of BIR
• Check, verify and ascertain correctness of receipts and supporting documents for liquidating cash advances
• And other such functions as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old
