Job Description:

• General Accounting
• Receives cash and check collection from clients.
• Handles Petty Cash fund.
• Monitoring of cash funds and cash flow.
• Monitors and prepares daily cash position report.
• Facilitates request for fund transfer.
• Accounts Payable from preparation of check vouchers up to releasing of checks.
• Monitoring and preparations of monthly utility payments.
• Prepares accounting/journal entries.
• Prepares and submit Statement of Cash Receipt and Disbursement.
• Filing and payment of Tax thru EFPS
• Prepares Alphalist fo employees
• Prepares schedules of Financial statements audit and provides assistance during the audit.
• E-filing of government statutory requirements.
