Job Summary:
Is Responsible for meticulously managing financial records and transactions using accounting software. This role provides essential support in various accounting tasks, including data entry, processing, and preparing financial reports. The specialist ensures accuracy and compliance, often supporting Australian clients and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization through precise bookkeeping and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Financial Record Management & Data Entry: Accurately process and record financial transactions, invoices, and payments in Xero; perform daily data entry tasks ensuring all financial activities are properly categorized and documented within the system.
