Accounting Specialist

Looking for a hands-on
Accounting Specialist
with strong apparel industry experience. This is a high-responsibility role (CFO-level accountability) for someone who is comfortable doing everything end-to-end—from daily bookkeeping to cash flow management and lender/factoring negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  •Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting (AR, AP, GL, journal entries

  •Bank and credit card reconciliation

  •Execute wire transfers and manage banking transaction

  •Act as the primary point of contact with banks and factoring companie

  •Handle borrowing base reports, lender/factor reporting, and complianc

  •Work directly with factoring companies (e.g., Hilldun or similar

  •Support ERP accounting processes (BlueCherry or similar apparel ERPs

  •Assist with financial negotiations related to cash flow and lendin
