• Prepares balance sheet and cash flows
• Prepared detailed schedule of accounts
• Prepares journal entries to record financial transactions
• Prepares bank reconciliation statements
• Checks and monitor billing of condominium dues and utilities to tenants
• Prepares aging of receivables
• Prepares letters to delinquent accounts
• Preparation and filing of periodic tax returns
• Renewal of business permits
