Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Accounting Specialist with mandatory hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), as well as solid exposure to BIR compliance. Candidates must be graduates of Accounting-related or Finance courses only and capable of independently managing end-to-end AP and AR functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, billing schedules, and company policies
• Ensure accuracy of billing data, tax computation, and supporting documents
• Monitor customer aging reports and actively follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection
• Record collections, credit memos, and adjustments in the accounting system
