Accounting Specialist

We are seeking for an Accounting Specialist who will be responsible in managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, ensuring that all supplier obligations are validated, processed, and paid accurately and on time. This role is critical for maintaining healthy supplier relationships and ensuring the integrity of the company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Disbursement & Payables Management

• Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile Supplier Statements of Account (SOA) against internal subsidiary ledgers to resolve discrepancies immediately.
• Voucher Processing: Validate and process Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV) for trade payments ensuring proper documentation (3-way match).
• Payment Preparation: Prepare Check Vouchers (CV), facilitate check printing, and manage digital payment runs.
