Accounting Specialist/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts, including preparation of accurate and timely adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Coordinate and assist staff by answering inquiries, guiding processes, and supporting day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow (no supervisory experience required).
• Coordinate and support annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
