Accounting Specialist

Job description:

Accounting Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate functioning of a company's financial operations.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports (including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), and identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Cost Analysis: Assisting with cost analysis and reporting, including preliminary cost analyses and variance analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Other Tasks: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciling accounts, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
