About the Role
As an Accounting Specialist – Payables, you will be a key member of the Group Finance team. You will ensure accurate and timely recording of expenses and liabilities, while supporting smooth payment processing and bank transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
Record and charge expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers
Verify vendor accounts and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
Process vendor payments, bank transfers, and disbursements
Monitor and manage employee cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements
Oversee petty cash monitoring and reconciliation
Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile account transactions with the general ledger
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Prepare financial reports related to payables and expenses
Support regular monthly closing activities
