Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review financial data and transactions into the ledger
• Review financial documents for accuracy and reconciliation
• Analyze financial data and provide financial recommendations
• Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards
• Generate financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Prepare taxes and gather tax documents
• Coordinate and work with auditors (Internal Auditors, BIR Tac audits, and statutory audits)
• Coordinate and work with GBS
• Review treasury forecast
• Communicate and coordinate with banks (implementation of board resolution, bank mandate for signatories)
• Direct assigned tasks and provide assistance as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
