Job Overview

The Accounting Analyst for Mexico and Latam supports Accounting Operations, ensuring all manual journal entries are correctly posted. The role provides insights, flags, corrections, and acts as the main bookkeeper for all manual entries, contributing to the reasonableness, transparency and accuracy of financial information and ensuring balance‑sheet reconciliations. The position is also the key internal control champion of the PTP process.

Responsibilities

• SPOC for all accounting manual journal entries
• Support to the Accounting Manager
• A&P accrual management for Mexico and Latam
• T&E reports on a monthly basis for Mexico and Latam, comparing versus budget
• Responsible for monitoring the T&E process after the Share Service Center implementation
• Record and review of out‑of‑pockets expenses
