Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for providing support in the preparation, examination, and maintenance of financial records for the leasing company. The role ensures accuracy in accounting processes, compliance with company policies, and timely reporting of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, verify, and post daily financial transactions related to leasing activities (rental income, deposits, payments, expenses).
• Prepare invoices, billing statements, and official receipts for tenants/clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely settlement of obligations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
