About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the team at NextDesigns Inc.' in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts payable and receivable management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and account balances
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
