About the role

Jamila & Company Security Services Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This full-time role is responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions to support the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Verify, code, and process invoices and other accounts payable documents
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
3. Maintain detailed records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions
4. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
5. Provide support to the accounting team as required
