Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Accounting Staff is responsible for the accurate recording, monitoring, and collection of receivables, while ensuring full compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements. The role supports timely billing, proper tax documentation, and adherence to Philippine tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Functions

• Prepare and issue sales invoices, official receipts, and billing statements.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Record collections, apply payments, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Prepare aging schedules and regularly follow up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding billing concerns and discrepancies.
