The role involves handling financial documents, checks, and receipts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all accounting records, and assisting with daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, record, and file accounting documents, including invoices, checks, and receipts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations such as data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
• Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related documentation.
